These terms apply to every booking made with ReData Cleaning, online or by phone. By booking you agree to them.
Deposit
- A $20 deposit is charged when you book. It confirms that your card works and holds your appointment.
- The deposit is part of your total price, not an extra charge.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of the balance
Your card is saved securely by Stripe. The remaining balance is charged to the same card on the day of your cleaning.
Cancellations and reschedules
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: you can cancel or reschedule; the $20 deposit is not refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment, a no-show, or no access to the home at the scheduled time: you are charged $80 in total (the $20 deposit plus $60), charged to the card on file.
- A rescheduled cleaning is priced as a new booking.
